Web Design / Content Management: Cox My Connection OnDemand Holiday FreeView promotion: This design required collaboration with the business (Cox Residential Marketing team) and a collaboration with multiple channel programmers. Wireframes and mocks were created and perfected using Cox's Web Strategy design processes (of which I had a major hand in creating). The design also followed Cox's style guide standards which I also helped to create along with the rest of the Web Strategy team. Cox MyConnection is a portal for Cox Customers that included, news, weather, network and premium channel programming promotions, watch online programming, tutorials and much more. From 2012 to 2014 I was the Content Manager of MyConnection. My role was to keep content updated, create new content per the request of the business (both internal teams and external clients such as HBO,Showtime,STARZ,ESPN and so on). I served as an interface between programmers who wanted to market to Cox's 10 million + customer base and the various Cox marketing teams and the Cox Web Strategy Team.
